Two Way Stayman

A form of the Stayman convention, most frequently used in conjunction with Weak NT opening, In this version, after a 1NT opening bid by partner:

2 - is the standard Non-Forcing Stayman

2 - is game forcing and artificial

Responses to 2 are :

2 - hearts & maybe spades

2 - spades & not hearts

2NT - no major suit or 5 card minor suit

3 - 5 clubs

3 - 5 diamonds

Some pairs might also play

3 - 5 hearts

3 - 5 spades

3NT - 4-3-3-3 type
