Jettison Squeeze

A squeeze where there is a blockage in an entry, but the squeeze card permits you to "jettison" the blocking card and take the remaining tricks.  For example, playing in NT:

South leads the Ace.  If West discard a Heart the Ace is "Jettisoned" from dummy and the K2 take the last 2 tricks.  If West discards a diamond, the 2 is discarded from dummy, and dummy is good.
