Rusinow Leads

It is standard to lead the top of touching honor cards.  Playing Rusinow Leads you lead the lower card:

AK..     KQ..    QJ..    JT..    T9..  

unless you are leading partners suit, or your holding is a doubleton, in which case you lead the higher honor.
