Baron 2NT

After partner opens 1 of any suit, a 2NT response shows a balanced hand, 16-18 HCP, no 5 card suit and, if the opening was a minor, no 4 card major. 

Opener rebids naturally, with responder bidding 3NT without support for partners suit, or cue bidding or making a key card response with support.
