If the total controls add up to 10 or more slam will be bid. Suits are now bid up the line until a fit is found.
If a grand slam is in the offing then after the 1NT opening, 4
is Super-Confi. Responder bids 4
with 3 or fewer, with 1 more control for each step. If a total of 12 controls are not present,
responder signs off in 6NT.
