Boland Advance/4NT

After the auction 1NT-4NT quantitative raise (or 2NT-4NT) the opener bids 6NT with a maximum and passes with a minimum.  On the in-between hands a Boland Advance is a bid of the cheapest 4 card or long suit at the 5 level.  This may be passed, 5NT to play may be bid, or the suit raised to slam.
