Australian Asking Bid

A means of determining the quality of trumps, after a fit is found.  The minimum number of NT is bid as the inquiry, and the responses are:

Cheapest Level of trumps: No King or Queen

(so in the steps below, the trump suit must

be skipped)

1st step : Queen of trumps

2nd step: King of trumps

3rd step : King & extra length

4rth step: King & Queen

5th step : King & Queen & extra length
