Culbertson 4-5 No Trump

A bid of 4NT both tells and asks about controls.  For example, in the auction  1 - 3 - 4NT:

4NT shows : 3 Aces

                     2 Aces and the  King

Responses to 4NT are:

5     : Ace of clubs

5     : Ace of diamonds

5     : No aces

5     : Ace of spades

5NT  : 2 Aces or 1 Ace

            and all the kings in fit suits
