Specific Kings

After a response to the 4NT Blackwood convention, 5NT normally asks for the number of kings.  Playing Specific Kings however, 5NT asks responder to cue bid kings up the line but below the agreed trump suit.  For example:

A2             6

North bids 6  to show the King and deny possession of the the King or King.  South might well have a hand where the possession of a specific King was all he needed to know, such as:
