New Minor Forcing

In the auction  1min - 1maj - 1NT - 2 unbid minor is artificial and forcing and asks opener about shape and range.  The bid of the new minor is at least invitational in strength.  For example after

1  - 1  - 1NT  - 2  is New Minor Forcing

Responses could be:

2      : Minimum with 5 diamonds and not

             3 spades

2      : Minimum with 4 hearts and not 3 spades

2      : minimum with 3 spades

2NT  : minimum with 2 spades and not

             5 diamonds and not 4 hearts

3      : Max 1NT rebid 2-3-4-4

3      : Max 1NT with 5 diamonds and

             not 3 spades

3      : Max 1NT with 4 hearts and

             possibly 3 spades (might also be

             played as 4 hearts and not

             3 spades if 3 by responder

             was forcing)

3      : Max 1NT with 3 spades and

             not 4 hearts (might also be

             played as possibly 4 hearts if

             3 was forcing)

3NT   : Max 1NT 3-3-4-3
